WHAT IS A BAKING QUEEN?
Our "Queen of Pastries" is a mixture of low-carbohydrate and neutral-tasting proteins. The low-carbohydrate blend is high in protein, even up to 74%. The high protein content is obtained from an optimal mixture of whey protein concentrate and milk protein isolate. In addition, our cooking proteins have an extremely low carbohydrate content of just up to 0.9%, which is more than 30% lower than that found in conventional flour. Soda is used as a leavening agent.

ADVICE ON CORRECT ADMINISTRATION / DOSAGE
Replace about 30-50% of the amount of flour specified in your favorite recipe with our Baking Queen mixture. The amount can be varied according to taste and desired consistency.
