The package contains 500 g of dry mixture.
Composition: protein mixture: whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate, egg powder, wheat flour, sweeteners: sucralose, soy lecithin, flavorings, sodium carbonate, citric acid.
Possible allergens: this product contains traces of egg, milk protein, soy lecithin and lactose.
Energy value: 100 g: 380 kcal, 60 g of protein, 27 g of carbohydrates (of which 4 g of sugar), 3 g of fat (of which 2 g of saturated fatty acids). (The energy value of individual flavors may vary slightly).
Portion size: Mix 50 g of the mixture with 125 ml of water or milk (measuring spoon included in the package).
How to use Queen protein pancake mix? Simply mix the Queen protein pancake mix with water or milk, shake it in a whisk, shaker and pour the resulting liquid mass into the hot pan. Form pancakes of the desired size. If you are frying in a pan, turn the pancakes over and fry them on both sides. And enjoy healthy food. You can also bake in a waffle iron or other metal special pancake oven. You can also add a little coconut oil to the resulting mass. Eat with your favorite jam, nut butter and other favorite condiments.
