Recommended dosage: Use Drama Queen before strength or endurance training. Mix 10 g or 5 g (according to the desired stronger or weaker effect) of the powder with 250 ml or 180 ml of cold water and shake it in a GymQueen drinker - whisk. It is recommended to consume the resulting drink 15-30 minutes before training.
