The start of the day is different - in our case - raspberry, yours can be whatever you want, cottage cheese cake with low-fat cream cheese, supplemented with proteins and sweetened with Tasty drops!
1 egg white;
280 g of low-fat cottage cheese;
70 g of low-fat cream cheese;
20 g of vanilla powder;
20 g of natural sweetener;
30 g of Queen Whey raspberry and yogurt flavor (or your favorite) protein mix;
A few Tasty drops raspberry (or your favorite) flavored drops!
Beat the eggs separately, then add all the products, mix and place in a baking dish (preferably about 18 cm in diameter).
We bake at 160 °C in a preheated oven for about 45 min.
The nutritional value of the pastry: even up to 75 g of protein, up to 470 kcal, only up to 19 g of carbohydrates and up to 10 g of fat!
